Refund policy

We accept returns and offer full refunds for eligible items.

Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

 

Refunds for items not as described:

If you believe the item you received is not as described:

Please contact us with your order details and a clear description or photos of the issue.

To receive a refund, the item must be shipped back to us in the same condition it was received, including original packaging, tags, and unworn/unused condition.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund accordingly.

How to Request a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at onesolo.ttnt@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Returns requested after the 14-day return window
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items
  • Gift cards


Chargebacks:

By shopping with us, you agree to our Return and Shipping policies. We encourage you to contact us by email directly with any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in being prohibited from shopping with us in the future and will be contested using detailed transaction records, including timestamps and IP logs.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
