Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:
UK orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. International delivery times vary and may take 7–15 business days or more depending on customs and postal delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to you or to a person or location you have expressly authorised.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the delivery carrier on your behalf and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

Delivery Issues & Refused Parcels:

If a parcel is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any reshipping or restocking fees.
